AVEX uses the Personal Information it collects from you primarily to enable AVEX to provide you with information about its Services in the best possible manner.

AVEX uses commercially suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects on the Site. These procedures may include, but are not limited to, firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, and Site monitoring. Only those AVEX employees with a need to access certain Personal Information shall have such access. However, no data protection procedures are entirely infallible. AVEX may require additional information from you to allow AVEX to confirm your identity.
