- ディスクは両面共、指紋、汚れ、キズ等を付けないように取り扱ってください。
- ディスクが汚れたときは、メガネふきのような柔らかい布で内周から外周に向かって放射状に軽くふき取ってください。レコード用クリーナーや溶剤等は使用しないでください。
- ディスクは両面共、鉛筆、ボールペン、油性ペン等で文字や絵を書いたり、シール等を貼付しないでください。
- ひび割れや変形、又は接着剤等で補修したディスクは、危険ですから絶対に使用しないでください。

- 直射日光の当たる場所や、高温・多湿の場所には保管しないでください。
- ディスクは使用後、元のケースに入れて保管してください。
- ディスクケースの上に重い物を置いたり落としたりすると、ケースが破損しケガをすることがあります。

- Do not touch the disc surface. Hold the disc by the edge to avoid fingerprints, smudges and scratches.
- To clean the disc, wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft cloth from the center of the disc to the outer edge. Do not use cleaner liquid for record discs or other solvents.
- Do not write or draw on either sides of the disc with pencils, ballpoint pens, oil-based pens, etc., and do not affix labels or stickers to the disc.
- Do not use discs that are cracked, deformed, or repaired with adhesives, for safety precautions.
[Storage Precautions]
- Do not keep the disc in places exposed to direct sunlight, high temperature, or high humidity.
- Return the disc in its case after use.
- Placing or dropping heavy objects on the disc case may damage the case and cause injury.

ディスクの読み込み面にキズや指紋やほこりなどの汚れが発生している可能性があります。
ディスクが正常に再生できない場合。 いくつかの原因がございます。
一度、下記案内をご確認ください。
①ディスクに汚れや傷があるか確認
②プレーヤー読み取り部分(レンズ)の汚れを確認
③プレーヤーの再起動
④プレーヤーのソフトウェアバージョンを最新にアップグレード
上記以外にプレーヤーのピックアップ部分のクリーニングなどのメンテナンスをお勧めします。
メンテナンス方法につきましてはプレーヤーの製造メーカーへお問い合わせください。 - CDを再生した時に流れている曲とは異なる名前が表示されます。または表示が出ません。
- CD本体(CD-Text)にはアーティスト・タイトル名等の画面表示用文字情報は収録されておりませんので、パソコンの再生用ソフトウェアやカーナビ等プレーヤーメーカーへ直接お問い合わせください。
- 他CDは問題なく再生されるのに特定のCD、DVDが再生できません。音飛びしたり、ノイズが聴こえます。

品質上に問題がなくても、各プレーヤの読み取り能力が何らかの影響で不十分な場合に再生されなかったり、音が飛んだりするケースがございます。
また、ディスクはタイトルごとに収録時間や書き込まれているデータの容量等の収録内容が異なるため、他のタイトルが正常に再生されても該当ディスクが原因の不良との断定ができません。
CDプレーヤーのピックアップ部分のクリーニングをお試しいただくなどのメンテナンスをお勧めいたしております。

- 楽曲のインポート（端末へ楽曲をとりこむ）についてはご使用の端末のご利用方法をお確かめいただくようお願いいたします。
推奨環境をご確認後、動作確認をお願いいたします。 - パソコン/ゲーム機/カーナビでディスクの再生できない。
- 正規プレーヤーにて再生をお願いいたします。
正規プレーヤー以外でのディスク再生の動作に関しましては弊社では保障対象外となります。 - 梱包用の袋が破れていました。
- 恐れ入りますが、外装のビニール袋につきましては、商品保護材となり、商品とは異なるため、交換対象とはなりませんので、ご了承ください。
- 輸入盤、中古品を購入したところ不具合がありました。
